By itself on Factorio 0.17.60 or later, it merely adds options to produce sulfur from heavy & light oil, with heavy oil having the best efficiency and petroleum gas the worst. When used in conjunction with the 'Pre 0.17.60 Oil' mod, it makes it so sulfur production comes exclusively from heavy oil (with a setting to enable light and gas). Too much wood? No oil on your map? Want petroleum gas, solid fuel or crude oil instead? Then this mod's for you! Wood gasification is the process of turning wood into it's carbohydrate constituents and releasing its chemical potential in the form of several oil products: petroleum gas, diluted bitumen, which can be converted to crude oil. Basic Oil Processing Better (0.17)? Question I think the number of module slots a refinery has was increased from 2 to 3; so now (with 0.17) you can have three "productivity module 3" in each refinery. Tested with Factorio version: 0.17.62 Category: Oil Reverts the 0.17.60 changes to oil and related techs and recipes to 0.17.59. There are a handful of settings to be able to control exactly which parts get reverted back. Note that some settings lump several things in with them (eg, all of the robotic techs, electric engine, and lubricant

r/factorio: Subreddit for the game Factorio. I think the 8:7:1 ratio for cracking is still fine in 0.17. Currently I've got one of those setups along with two plants making lubricant, then I've got a full red belt's worth of plastic (15 plants), two plants each making solid fuel from heavy and light oil, and I think either 4 or 6 plants making sulfuric acid.

This BP will serve a factory up to ~400-440 spm, and is tilable. (Just make sure to space them a little bit apart to keep the bot coverage separate!) Meh. I screwed up the BP bot call, and it doesn't react to edits. Too much wood? No oil on your map? Want petroleum gas, solid fuel or crude oil instead? Then this mod's for you! Pumpjacks need to be placed on top of the middle of the oil well, which is highlighted with a green box when the pumpjack is held. Pumpjacks produce a certain amount of Crude oil per second, shown on the right, at the bottom of the information panel. Over time this value will decrease down to a minimum of 2 oil/s, so a pumpjack will provide unlimited oil but 0.17.79.
